New Year Activity Challenges To help users stay motivated in the early weeks of the year, Apple Watch is introducing a limited-edition New Year activity award. Users can earn the digital badge by closing all three Activity rings — Move, Exercise and Stand — every day for seven consecutive days during January. In addition, Apple has partnered with the fitness tracking platform Strava on a special January challenge.
