No Brainer received an impressive overall score of 89% to secure the ‘Great Place to Work’ certification, which is based on direct employee feedback and measures the team’s day-to-day experience in the workplace. In the agency’s latest results, particularly high scores were recorded for Justice (99%) and Camaraderie (96%), alongside strong scores for Support (92%) and Respect (88%). The certification comes as Cheshire-based No Brainer carries its growth momentum into 2026, having secured a raft of new client wins in recent months.
