Spread Bagelry, the Philadelphia-born bagel brand known for its bagels kettle-boiled in honey water and baked in wood-fired ovens, is soon bringing its signature craft to the heart of Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. The brand’s first Atlanta location, opening in March 2026, at 147 Irby Avenue NW, marks Spread Bagelry’s continued expansion throughout the Southeast following successful openings in Savannah, GA, Charleston, SC, and Mount Pleasant, SC. The 2,800-square-foot Buckhead space will serve as both a restaurant and a bagel-making facility, supplying fresh, wood-fired bagels to area shops until Spread Bagelry’s regional commissary comes online. Once complete, the commissary will support production and distribution for all Southeast locations — a key step in building the brand’s operational infrastructure for long-term growth across Georgia and the Carolinas.
