Paris-based One Biosciences, an Institut Curie-backed startup, plans to set up, staff, and equip a high-complexity lab and computational analytics operation in Albany, NY, as its first U.S. location. Empire State Development is supporting this expansion with up to $525,000 in performance-based Excelsior Jobs Program tax credits in exchange for the company’s job commitments, which anticipate 42 life science jobs and $18 million in investments over the next five years.
