Christopher Kirchner is staying in prison. In a unanimous decision handed down Monday by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, a three-judge panel affirmed Kirchner’s 20-year sentence for a variety of charges. Kirchner’s trial took place in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
