Whit’s Frozen Custard, founded in Ohio and now headquartered in Independence, Kentucky, is taking its next step west with a five-store development agreement in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. The expansion will mark the brand’s entry into its 12th state and its farthest geographic growth to date, as Whit’s looks ahead to 2026 with a continued focus on thoughtful, community-driven expansion. The Texas growth will be led by business partners Connor Huffman and Jack Thornton, who bring experience in corporate development and long-term brand building through their work at Escalante Golf.
