On March 25, Wonder launched a pilot for a brand new concept inspired by the depth and diversity of Indian cuisine, Dabba, at four Philly-area locations: King of Prussia, Ardmore, NE Philly, and West Chester. Developed under the leadership of Wonder’s team of in-house chefs, including chefs with deep experience in Indian cuisine, Dabba’s menu highlights carefully layered curries, house-made preparations, and spice-forward dishes that emphasize depth, aroma, and balance. Each dish is designed to showcase the richness of the cuisine while adapting seamlessly to Wonder’s format. Backed by Wonder’s culinary platform, Dabba reflects the brand’s continued focus on expanding the range of cuisines it offers, introducing new concepts that are both thoughtfully developed and broadly accessible to customers. This initial pilot will be followed by additional rollouts to other markets this summer, culminating in a systemwide launch later this year.
