One of Birmingham’s fastest growing full-service agencies has hit a major milestone – just a few weeks after it held the city’s newest ‘Business Leadership Summit’. M3.agency, which has created 20 jobs in the last twelve months, has secured B Corp certification for the first time, reinforcing its commitment to being a ‘force for good’ within the places it operates. Driven by a ten-strong internal team, the rigorous journey took eighteen months to complete and explored the company’s social/environmental performance, accountability, transparency and the development of its people. It will form an important part of the firm’s expansion plans, as it looks to maximise new opportunities across its Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Telford and Manchester operations. “Importantly, the road to B Corp certification has been a people-led journey,” explained Jonathan Jesson, Growth Director at M3.agency. “The process was driven by our team – shaped by their ideas, their input, and their commitment to building a better business.
