Alstom Alstom has appointed Noah Heulitt as Vice President of Services in North America and Susie Lévesque as Vice President of Procurement for the Americas. Lévesque brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial leadership, customer management and project execution, spanning roles at Alstom, GE, and Air Liquide. Most recently, she served as Alstom’s Customer Director in New York, leading the company’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) account; helping secure major contracts; and advancing such initiatives as programs for new commuter railcars, signaling systems, subway car overhauls, and supplying components. In her new role, effective Feb. 1, 2026, Lévesque leads Procurement across the Americas, “with a focus on supplier performance, simplifying processes and driving greater execution efficiency,” according to Alstom, which has more than 4,000 suppliers across the Americas, including 1,500 in the United States, 920 in Canada, 580 in Brazil, and 540 in Mexico. Heulitt brings more than 15 years of experience in Services, rolling stock, commercial strategy, and industrial leadership across project leadership and Services GM roles. Alstom reported that Heulitt, over the course of his career, has led major rolling stock programs and served most recently as Vice President of Operational Performance, overseeing service delivery across Alstom’s North American sites.
