Six-week study of 53 women highlights strong gains in hydration, radiance and skin confidence Dr Menopause today released new consumer trial results showing that 94% of women reported intensive moisturisation after using its daytime skincare routine – with over nine in ten also seeing improvements in hydration, radiance and overall skin health. The independent six-week trial followed 53 women across the UK experiencing menopausal skin changes. Each women used the brand’s Brighten Up Radiance Serum and Hydrate Me Day Moisturiser daily, alongside the Refresh Me Facial Mist throughout the day. Hydration emerged as the standout benefit with 94% of participants agreeing the day cream intensively moisturises the skin and the same number saying the products help lock in moisture. After six weeks of consistent use, 49 of the 53 women reported their skin felt hydrated for up to eight hours, while 89% of the focus group said their skin stayed hydrated throughout the day. Participants also reported a visible reduction in dryness. Alongside hydration, the trial demonstrated strong improvements in ‘radiance’ and overall skin appearance. A total of 87% of women said their skin appeared brighter and more glowing after using the serum, while 92% reported reduced dullness and a more luminous complexion. Skin tone also improved, with 92% saying their complexion appeared more even.
